    I’ve been lucky enough to go from the back and booty challenge to 1:1 online training with Romy and as someone who struggles with keeping herself accountable – Romy has really helped me stay on track and motivated.

What exactly is 1:1 personalised online coaching?

It’s personalised, high quality coaching designed just for you. From your workouts and nutrition to mindset and motivation, I’m with you every step of the way. Think of me as your fitness coach, accountability partner, and hype woman, all in one! There are 2 packages for 1:1 online coaching – Gold & Silver.

Anyone ready to commit and put in the work—whether you’re just starting, bouncing back, or wanting to level up. No cookie-cutter plans here. Everything is tailored to your body, lifestyle, and goals.

  • Access to your custom training plan (updated monthly as you progress) via my coaching app.
  • Personalised meal plan; your calorie / macro breakdown and nutrition guidance. (You choose how much support you need on this, price will vary depending)
  • Biweekly or Weekly 1:1 video call check-ins (You choose the amount, price will vary depending)
  • WhatsApp support and multiple check ins throughout the week.
  • Mindset support & accountability.
  • Access to my coaching app for tracking everything.
  • Access to your custom training plan (updated monthly as you progress) via my coaching app.
  • No nutrition guidance.
  • One 1:1 video call check-in per month (at the end of every month)
  • WhatsApp support and occasional check-ins throughout the month.
  • Mindset support & accountability when needed.
  • Access to my coaching app for tracking everything.

The gold package is more premium than the silver as it includes 2 – 4 video call check-ins (you choose how many) as opposed to 1 per month. You also receive a personalised nutrition plan (if you choose) and nutrition guidance for your goals as opposed to no plan/nutrition guidance. It also includes more accountability check-ins to make sure you’re staying on track!

Nope! I’ll design your plan around your setup—gym, home, or even bodyweight-only. We work with what you’ve got.

That depends on the package you choose. We’ll either have a dedicated video call every week to check in, adjust your plan, and keep you moving forward (gold package) or 1 video call per month (silver) Plus, you can message me via WhatsApp during the week anytime you need (applies to both packages)
